• Vinyl Service - As per standard record pool practices members receive records as distributed by major and independent labels. Partial service from labels requires that a "priority list" be developed. This list will be dynamic and positioning and changes will be determined by members' venue and performance in the pool based on the following formula: 1) Venue 2) Dues 3) Feedback 4) Charts 5) Pickups. Failure on any one of these areas will affect the the distribution of vinyl.
  
• CD Service - 
  1) MAD Promotions will participate in the Record Pool Program in Place with Promo Only allowing purchase of Promo Only CDs at a discounted price. A Catalog of the past 12 months releases will be kept in the pool office for aiding in choosing back orders.
  2) MAD Promotions will be involved in ongoing negotiations to have labels allow us to burn limited copies of our own CDs for any product partially serviced to the pool and/or alternative mixes not available on CD. These CDs will be for members only and subject to strictly enforced member/usage agreements. Pricing and structure are yet to be determined
  
• MP3s - With label permission ONLY!
  MAD Promotions will be actively searching out material and labels with whom to work in this burgeoning (and virtually untouched) area of promotions. Even though controversy exists and the RIAA can't figure out what they're doing, I still believe that this is a virtual gold mine for the promotion departments. i.e. Servicing DJs with MP3s - think of the reduction in pressing costs of promotional material alone. Add to that the time saving in distribution and you can have a mix to the street within 24 hours of getting the DAT or CD-R in your office. I strongly believe that this is the future of our industry and plan on leading the charge, not being run over by it. We will make these MP3s available on CD as data files in their original state and also downloadable from web storage ONLY WITH AN ACTIVE PASSWORD. I will also be digitally fingerprinting these files and will know where it came from and be able to find anyone who abuses this form factor. Pricing and structure are yet to be determined

• FREE Membership card entitling you to special rates and discounts with product and service providers to our industry including but not limited to record/CD stores, equipment repair, clothing, and whatever else I can think of.
• A computer with high-speed net access will be kept in the office and any member in good standing will be allowed to use this computer for things like email and web browsing. This computer will also have a CD Burner and members will have access to that as well as audio and video mastering software. Only supplies need to be paid for. This will be on a first come first served basis with a 30 minute time limit per session if anyone is waiting to use the machine.
• Where other pools suggest you get your records and go, I will encourage bull sessions to try and bring the club/mixshow community TOGETHER. Only by working together can we rise above the rest.
• A Quarterly CD will be produced by the principals of MAD Promotions/GBRP for the express purpose of presenting regional talent to the record labels. Our first priority will be to expose the talents of our members and their remixes and original productions. Next in line will be talent independent of the pool who will be included on this CD for a nominal fee. The criteria for inclusion on this CD will simply be TALENT. In case there is a space or time conflict on this CD, our members will get preferential treatment.
• Any and everything else I can find at little or no expense will be sent out to members in monthly email newsletters.
