Initiation Fee:
All who become new members will be charged an "initiation fee" of $25. This fee covers all paperwork, the assignment of a bin and all product currently in that bin. Shipping the extra product would be included with this fee as well.
Basic Dues:
Vinyl Members - will be $60.00 per month effective July 1st, 2002 - Thos who require UPS Shipping will be responsible for those fees. Average is about two shipments per month where the total shipping for moth comes to about $15.
CD Pool Members:
Dues are $75 per month and includes an average of two shipments per month via USPS Priority Mail (Average 3 day delivery)
Invoicing can be done on a monthly basis. Automatic Credit Card payments will be accepted as well as one time charges. PayPal users will be billed via Paypal. You must keep your PayPal info up to date as WE are not responsible for your late fees if you do not get the bill.
Digital DJs
Policy and amounts have yet to be determined. I am doing a feasibility study and looking for labels' opinions on how to best handle this angle.
Signup will be $25 Initiation Fee + $60 First months dues.
Dues Payments
1) Dues are due on the 1st of the month.
2) Any dues paid after the 7th of the month are considered late and are
subject to a late fee of $10.
3) Any dues not paid by the 14th are considered delinquent and account will be
de-activated until all dues and late fees are current. Records in delinquent accounts
are to be held until the 21st of the month when they become available to any pool member on a first come, first served basis.
4) Initial signup dues and fees are by cash, money order, Master Card & Visa.
5) PayPal (MC/Visa) will be accepted for checking account and ATM card transfers only.
6) Dishonored checks incur a $25 fee to cover bank charges and collections.
- We are not heartless. If you have a problem then talk to me. Exceptions can and most likely will be made to the above, but arrangements CAN'T be made unless you speak to me. You have my home toll free number and my cell # which has a Baltimore area code. - USE THEM if you need to.
